Products & Services: Online Voting ProxyTab's powerful data collection software assigns a randomly generated control number to each proxy vote. This allows for easy coordination between online voting and mail voting. Each person voting online simply enters his/her assigned control number at the electronic voting area and completes the pre-assigned proxy ballot form. ProxyTab™ can host the proxy login area on its own platform with the "look and feel" of our client's website or can provide a login link directly from the client's website to our online voting area. Or, if a client has collected voter e-mail addresses, ProxyTab™ can distribute personalized e-mail notifications in text or html format which includes a variable insert of the voter's name, control number, assigned ballots, and any other desired information. Our HTML formatting allows us to add our client's logo and colors to the notification emails. ProxyTab's advanced voting technology also allows us to administer elections with multiple ballots through the use of pre-assignments. This means that each person voting online will view only those elections assigned by reason of his/her section membership, resort location, or other criteria. |
