Clients that select ProxyTab™ can take advantage of a full range of paper ballot election services including design, print and mail services. Our professional staff works closely with each client to obtain approval of each and every step of the printing process, and provides a certification of mailing at time of distribution.

ProxyTab™ offers the following services: design and print of notice of meeting and single or multiple page proxy ballots with instructions, matched printed ballots, and reply envelopes; imprints of control numbers and names and addresses linked or unlinked with voter identities; NCOA and CASS certification of mailing addresses; automated or hand stuffing of small or large volumes of paper ballots or materials; and collection of mail ballots with proxy tabulation services at our corporate offices.

Vote tabulation services include envelope opening, proxy removal, sorting, counting of votes, recording of address changes, requests for list removal, and signature verifications. We can also provide certification of proxy mailing, ongoing reports, reporting of the final proxy tabulations, and final results certification.

For an additional fee, a member of our professional staff can attend our client's annual meeting to accept on-site paper ballots and ballot changes, and announce the final results. Or, we can provide remote meeting attendance at a reduced fee and coordinate directly with your on-site representatives.
